These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed with Tetontides LLC (“Tetontides”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you (“you”, “buyer”) agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
1. Research peptides are for research use only
Products in the Research Peptides and Research Blends categories (“research peptides”) are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use. They are not for human or veterinary use, and must not be injected, ingested, inhaled, applied to the body or administered to any person or animal. Supplements, topicals and lab equipment are separate product lines, sold for their labeled use.
2. Not a drug, food, supplement or cosmetic
Research peptides are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics. They have not been approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease.
3. No medical advice
Tetontides is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, recommend doses or protocols, or advise on the use of any research peptide in people or animals, and our staff will not answer such questions. Nothing on this website or said by our staff is medical advice.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. Research peptides are sold only to buyers who confirm qualified research use. We may ask for proof of age, identity or research purpose, and may refuse or cancel any order we cannot verify.
5. Orders and payment
You can place an order on this website and pay by Venmo, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) or USDC on Ethereum or check or money order, or send your cart as a quote request and we will contact you to confirm price, availability, shipping and payment (to pay by credit card or wire transfer, request a quote). No card or bank details are taken on this website. Orders containing special-order, restocking or price-on-request items are handled by quote. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and receive full payment, and orders ship after payment arrives. Prices and availability may change until your order is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected misuse or failure to verify; if we cancel after payment, we refund what you paid.
6. Special-order and restocking items
Items marked Special order or Restocking are ordered after you request them. Lead times are estimates confirmed with your quote and are not guaranteed.
7. Product information and testing
Each research peptide lot is tested by an independent laboratory for purity and identity, and its certificate of analysis is posted in our COA Portal under the lot number on the vial. Measured content and purity can vary slightly between lots and laboratories. Store products as labeled and do not use any product past the date on its label.
8. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the lawful purchase, receipt, handling, storage, use and disposal of products, for complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to you, and for any athletic, employment or competition testing rules.
9. No resale or transfer
You will not resell, relabel or repackage research peptides, or give or transfer them to anyone under 21 or to anyone for human or veterinary use.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in the certificate of analysis for a lot, products are sold “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tetontides disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tetontides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12. Assumption of risk and release
Research peptides carry known and unknown risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks of handling and use and release Tetontides and its owners, members, employees and agents from claims arising from the handling, storage, use or misuse of products. This does not cover claims that cannot be waived under Wyoming law.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tetontides and its owners, members, employees and agents from all claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your use, misuse, resale or transfer of products.
14. Shipping, returns and recalls
Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy. We may contact you about lot recalls, safety notices or quality issues affecting products you bought.
15. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
16. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Checking the boxes at checkout has the same effect as a handwritten signature. We may update these terms at any time; the version you accepted is recorded with your order.
