Ordering
Pay at checkout by Venmo, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) or USDC on Ethereum or check or money order: you place the order, send payment as shown on your confirmation page and email, and we ship when it arrives. Or send your cart as a quote request and we contact you to confirm the quote and take payment by credit card or wire transfer (we typically respond within 15–60 minutes). Special-order, restocking and price-on-request items are ordered by quote.
Shipping
We ship from Wyoming to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is a flat $15 per order and free on orders of $299 or more, shown at checkout. Wyoming sales tax is added to orders shipped or delivered to Wyoming addresses (at the rate for that address) and to store pickups. Orders shipped to other states are not charged sales tax. You can also choose free pickup at our store in Big Piney, WY (307 Main St., Ste 3) or in Rexburg, ID (859 S Yellowstone Hwy, Ste. 3201), and addresses in Pinedale, WY (ZIP 82941) get free local delivery. We email you when your order is ready or to set a delivery time. Research peptide orders need photo ID showing you are 21 or older at pickup or delivery. Tracking is emailed to you when your order ships. Compounds that need it are packed with desiccant and cold packs. Special-order and restocking items ship when they arrive; the lead time is confirmed with your quote.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Inspect your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and vials. We will replace the item or refund it.
Returns
Because products are temperature-sensitive, opened products and products that have left our hands cannot be returned. Unopened lab equipment and supplies may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; email us first for return instructions. If a lot is found defective, we will replace or refund the affected product.
Cancellations
You can cancel a quote request or unpaid order at any time before payment. After payment, contact us right away; we can cancel and refund any order that has not shipped.
